When you Make a Shift, the Universe will Send Likeminded People your Way.

𝙂𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮, 𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮, 𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮, 𝙥𝙝𝙮𝙨𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙮 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙫𝙞𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙚.

This applies to friends, business associates, and even partners. If you want to be surrounded by happy and positive energy, you must start with yourself first.

Now, once you start this journey, there will be naysayers, haters, and people who question you. You will begin to realize that certain people in your life no longer “fit.” You may lose friends and even partners. But, you will attract new people who are aligned with the “new” you and who will support you rather than deplete you.

I experienced this when I first started my wellness journey. People who were used to the “old” Kristal didn’t understand. There were comments about my physique and how they liked how I looked before my transformation.

I never let that negativity stop me. And as the universe would have it, I met new people who are aligned with me and who support me.
